Craig Muzilla is vice president, Middleware Business Unit at Red Hat® where he is responsible for the overall middleware and JBoss® product business.

Muzilla has extensive experience leading businesses that provide Java™, service-oriented architecture (SOA), application integration, and data integration middleware software products. He provided leadership establishing early web services industry initiatives, and has led strategy, product management, marketing, and business development for many middleware software companies.

Prior to joining Red Hat, Muzilla was senior vice president at MetaMatrix, a leader in data services middleware that was acquired by Red Hat. Muzilla was also vice president at Avaki Corporation (now Sybase) and Bowstreet (now IBM). Muzilla holds an MBA from Boston University and a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University.
