Red Hat announces that a searchable online database for its global commercial Support Program is now in full swing. This website helps you to sort through the worldwide network of authorized commercial Support Partners.

Once you choose a Support Provider from the list of carefully selected support partners in the USA, Australia, and Europe, you can be assured that support is delivered by several hundred Red Hat Certified Engineers.

Also be assured that this strong technical staff is backed by the resources of Red Hat, Inc. , publisher of the award-winning Red Hat Linux OS. This means that corporations using Red Hat Linux can now rely on world class commercial support from authorized Red Hat Support Partners, as well as rely on the knowledge that Red Hat, Inc. itself backs the Support Program and backs its products.
