Red Hat Linux on POWER offers customers benefits they need to provide higher levels of performance, reliability and advanced virtualization..at a lower TCO. This session will review how RHEL runnng on POWER based systems provide those higher levels of support. Topics to be discussed are: RHEL on POWER unique attributes, reliablity features of RHEL and POWER and scaling of RHEL on POWER. As so many customers are starting to consolidate their servers to help cut power, cooling, management and maintenance costs, we will share recent results of tests which show examples of consolidating LAMP, e-mail and other infrastructure workloads on POWER servers.
