Our group session will discuss how and why we can get key people in government to go for the open source alternative. - What questions do government officials have about open source? - Can we save them money? - Can we offer better security? - Open document format? - What are key MSFT applications we want to replace? - How does the voting application (public elections) fit in? - Does this have anything to do with the public's right to know how their government operates? - Does this have to do with the public's right to determine how their money is spent?
