What is a Certificate of Expertise credential?
Red Hat Certificates of Expertise are upper-level credentials available to RHCEs who pass upper-level performance-based exams. The certificates are incremental credentials, attached to an RHCE certification, that demonstrate skills and knowledge in specialized areas.
Classroom training
Red Hat offers a robust 6-month schedule of classroom training in more than 40 locations across North America. Classes are taught by Red Hat-certified instructors who actively engage students in task-focused activities, lab-based knowledge checks, and facilitative discussions.
Length:4 days , Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Price:$3,200
Training units: 11
-
Senior Linux system administrators responsible for maximizing resiliency though high-availablity clustering services and using fault-tolerant shared storage technologies
-
RHCEs interested in earning Red Hat Certificates of Expertise, as well as Red Hat Certified Datacenter Specialists (RHCDSs) and Red Hat Certified Architects (RHCAs)
-
RHCE certification is required to take the exam (EX436) or to enroll in a version of this course that includes the exam (RH437).
-
If you want to take this course without the exam (RH436) and have not earned your RHCE certification, you can confirm whether you have the correct skill-set knowledge by passing the online skills assessment.
