Peter Groen, retired
national IT Program Director at the Veterans Health Administration and currently adjunct faculty at Shepherd University, will discuss these three approaches in laying out a bold vision for healthcare in 2020, and discuss this in the context of the pioneering work he led with the open sourcing of the VistA health information system.
