The study polls IT executives on how much they value their vendors' products and services. This is the fifth time in six years Red Hat was named most valuable software vendor. Red Hat also topped the list for meeting vendor expectations for customer value, flexibility, and responsiveness. And for good measure, Red Hat was the highest-ranking software company on the overall list of IT vendors across all categories--software, networking, hardware, and security.
