The Association of Support Professionals (ASP) has announced the Red Hat Customer Portal as one of the winners of the Best Support Websites of 2023, making it the 13th year in a row that the site has received this recognition. Our Customer Portal delivers comprehensive product documentation, intelligent troubleshooting tools, security updates, technical support, as well as Red Hat expert and community-powered knowledge—helping customers plan, deploy, maintain and manage their Red Hat solutions.
This year’s award entry highlighted the Customer Portal’s recently redesigned product pages, new search experience, and improvements on the Product Security Center landing page and individual common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVE) pages.
ASP is a global membership organization for customer support managers and professionals. ASP has held this competition for more than 20 years, and winners are scored in 22 different areas by a panel of judges with experience in web support design and implementation.
