Red Hat And JBoss Present European Value2 Tour 2007

Open Source leader to demonstrate benefits of SOA, Web2.0 and Integrated Virtualisation

Red Hat (NYSE: RHT), the worlds leading provider of open source solutions, today announced its Value2 Tour 2007, which will showcase the latest Red Hat and JBoss solutions. The tour will visit ten major European cities between the 20th March and 26th April 2007.


The Value2 Tour provides an opportunity for IT professionals to meet Red Hat and learn about the benefits of the latest developments in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web2.0 and integrated virtualisation. Attendees will be invited to attend a series of half-day seminars and networking lunches including a customer reference story and roundtable.


Since acquiring JBoss, the global leader in open source middleware last year, Red Hat is now positioned to accelerate the shift to Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and enable the next generation of web-enabled applications running on a low-cost, secure open source platform.


The speakers from Red Hat will be Scott Crenshaw, General Manager of Enterprise Linux at Red Hat, Sacha Labourey, CTO at JBoss - a division of Red Hat and Werner Knoblich, Vice President and General Manager, Red Hat EMEA.
