His previous tenure includes IBM, RSA, EMC, F5 Networks, and Imperva.

Glenn O’Donnell

Glen leads the team researching automation, datacenter technologies, networking, the Internet of Things (IoT), and edge computing at Forrester. His own current research themes focus on technology dependability, automating operations in IT and beyond, technology provider viability, and 5G wireless. As a technology innovator since 1990, Glenn has had experience working in EMC, META Group, Western Electric, Bell Labs, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies.
