The recent OpenShift Commons Gathering, held in conjunction with the highly anticipated Red Hat Summit on May 22nd, 2023, showcased the power and versatility of Red Hat Cloud Services. Two workshops, focusing on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), respectively, attracted a full house of attendees, with many more waiting to secure last-minute seats.

During these workshops, participants delved into the building blocks of a Cloud Services based Application Platforms. They learned how to lay the foundations of their Application Platforms using Red Hat Cloud Services, gaining valuable insights into various topics such as seamless cluster upgrades, worker node management for scalability and consistency, and the effective utilization of developer tooling, including Source-to-Image.
