OVERVIEW

We look forward to meeting you at Ai4 2025 and discussing AI the Open way!

With open source, no one faces the uncertainty and complexity of AI alone. Navigate the guesswork, mitigate the risks, and stay in control with AI-enabled tech you already trust.

Enterprises around the world already trust and rely on our hybrid cloud platforms to work anywhere. And since real-world AI success requires technology that adapts to your business needs and new advancements, those same platforms are at the foundation of our AI offerings—and are now even easier to use.  Red Hat AI is a platform that accelerates AI innovation and reduces the operational cost of developing and delivering AI solutions across hybrid cloud environments

I got 99 problems, but LLMs ain't one!

Abstract: Curious as to how Meta, Google, DeepSeek, and many others support both small-scale and large-scale model deployments on Linux, Kubernetes, and beyond? Join us as we start from a foundation model, compress it to cut GPU requirements by half and boost performance, and inference it with vLLM, a UC Berkeley-based project that’s leading the private and local AI revolution.

Speaker: Cedric Clyburn, Senior Developer Advocate, Red Hat

Date and time: Monday, August 11 from 3:10-3:30

Location: Level 1, Room 155

Red Hat Speaking Session - Tuesday, August 12

Small but Mighty: Quantized LLMs for Real-Time Agentic Systems

Abstract: Explore how different quantization methods compress large LLMs and SLMs while preserving accuracy, and how quantized models improve inference throughput in agentic pipelines. We’ll examine. real-world use cases and guide you through inference runtimes like vLLM that make quantized LLMs practical for low-latency, high-scale deployments.

Speaker: Taylor Smith, Senior AI Advocate, Red Hat

Date and time: Tuesday, August 12 from 11:05-11:25am
