Microservices sometimes need more than REST for scaling and performance and Message-oriented Middleware seems like an ideal fit. However, traditional Enterprise Message Brokers are pretty static, and are poor at providing the elasticity required for cloud deployments. This talk will walk through some scenarios and different deployments, adding automatic sharding across clusters of brokers and sprinkle with magic from fabric8 - to show we can have a highly scalable cloud based messaging solution ideal for microservices.
