Red Hat, Inc. the world's premier open source and Linux provider, today announced the launch of the Red Hat Linux 7.2 Update Pack in Europe. This latest product provides an easy to use program that will check systems and automatically install all required RPM packages to ensure that users have all the latest patches and tools. The Update Pack is available immediately from http://www.europe.redhat.com/shop/.
The Red Hat Linux 7.2 Update Pack contains three CDs and one credit card sized SysAdmin CD. The two update CDs contain the binaries as well as the complete source code and provide an easy to deploy program for installation of the latest software releases. The SysAdmin CD contains the full operating system, including key tools and utilities for system administrators, and an additional Utilities and Games CD will provide additional programmes that are not part of the basic distribution.
