(Nasdaq: RHAT), leader mondiale nella fornitura di soluzioni open source, annuncia il lancio dell’iniziativa The JBoss Way, un approccio allo sviluppo che assicura una modalità più semplice e produttiva di dare vita ad applicazioni moderne. The JBoss Way introduce una nuova gamma di framework, strumenti e progetti architetturali focalizzati sul miglioramento della produttività degli sviluppatori nella realizzazione di moderne applicazioni mobili, cloud e altre.
Innovazioni quali HTML5, mobile, web-browser eventing, Java EE 6, implementazioni cloud e test in-container possono essere adottate in modo facile e veloce come parte integrante dell’iniziativa. Red Hat ha assemblato e integrato gli avanzamenti tecnologici della comunità open source in JBoss Developer Studio 5 e JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6, compresi Java EE 6, Aequillian, Hibernate 4, AeroGear, Errai, RichFaces, JBoss Forge, TorqueBox e Red Hat OpenShift. La combinazione di queste tecnologie ottimizza l’efficienza degli sviluppatori e offre funzionalità tecniche che indirizzano le esigenze delle applicazioni moderne, il tutto con un approccio architetturale univoco.
The JBoss Way indirizza direttamente le sfide associate all’adozone e integrazione di nuove tecnologie fornendo un percorso preciso, un utilizzo suggerito, e un forte focus sull’abilitazione. Gli sviluppatori troveranno una grande quantità di risorse in continua espansione, compresa una serie di tutorial, archetipi Maven, indicazioni archietturali, screencast, architetture di riferimento e oltre 50 quick-start, volti a favorire l’adozione di innovazioni. L’applicazione TicketMonster è stata creata per evidenziare diversi approcci architetturali.
Red Hat annuncia inoltre la disponibilità di JBoss Developer Studio 5 che facilita lo sviluppo con l’approccio The JBoss Way. JBoss Developer Studio 5 contiene diversi wizard che permettono di utilizzare la tecnologia da subito, limitando l’iniziale curva di apprendimento. JBoss Forge è integrato in JBoss Developer Studio 5 e consente agli sviluppatori di ottenere risultati immediati senza richiedere una comprensione completa delle specifiche e di tutti i requisiti di configurazione di un modello di programmazione sconosciuto.
Funzionalità aggiuntive della nuova release sono CDI tooling completo, un simulatore di browser pensato per mimare diversi browser mobili e l’integrazione con Maven.
