What’s new in Red Hat OpenShift 4.20

  • Enhanced security and support across sovereign clouds including bring-your-own external identity provider, user namespaces, and border gateway protocol (BGP) for user-defined networking for on-premise OpenShift deployments.
  • New AI capabilities including general availability of LeaderWorkerSet, Gateway API inference extension, and runtime OCI image volume source.
  • Advancements in virtualization such as CPU load-aware rebalancing, faster live migration, and enhanced ARM support.
