Nominations open for 2018 Red Hat Innovation Awards
Since 2007, the Red Hat Innovation Awards have recognized Red Hat's global customers for the transformative projects and outstanding results they have experienced with Red Hat’s open source solutions. Submissions will be accepted until Nov. 8, 2017, and will be evaluated by a panel of business and open source technology experts.

Red Hat open sources Prospector as part of Project CHAOSS
Red Hat helped kick off Project CHAOSS, which stands for Community Health Analytics Open Source Software. This project, announced at the Open Source Summit in Los Angeles, is making available new open source tools from Red Hat and Bitergia which make it easy to collect and evaluate trends among open source projects.
