Less than a year since it opened its door, our Executive Briefing Center was named a World Class Center by the Association of Briefing Program Managers (ABPM) in an awards ceremony on April 11.

Built in a former Necco candy manufacturing plant located in the Seaport District of Boston, our Global Executive Briefing Center offers a unique and immersive experience that brings open source innovation to life. Visitors, including executives and IT professionals from some of the world’s largest organizations, are treated to a personalized experience that showcases our full portfolio of open source solutions. Our customers are able to explore these solutions through interactive demonstrations and presentations with Red Hat executives, key technology leaders and product architects. In addition to the innovative technology, the beautifully-designed space with exposed brick and beam structure, natural light, conference rooms named for retro candy and a hidden speakeasy, provides an engaging and inspiring environment for visitors. Built around the principles of open source software, what makes the experience truly different is the level of collaboration that can come from working alongside our team to understand how our solutions can meet business needs.

Founded in 1994, ABPM is a global association for briefing professionals. It champions and provides resources for the development of briefing programs and their professionals as strategic resources vital to the success of their organizations. Awarded to briefing centers who embody what ABPM calls its “Characteristics of World Class Briefing Programs,” each year programs are judged based on customer experience, planning, measurement, management and world class center.
