Santander: First enterprise in Spain to carry out an Open Innovation Labs residency.

During a 10 week residency, Santander Tecnología partnered with the Red Hat Open Innovation Labs team to combine open technology with cultural transformation to better leverage their technical resources and accelerate business growth.

Together, the team developed a delivery approach and the necessary capabilities to automate the entire on-boarding chain and improve the process to take an idea into production; reducing the time to market from days down to minutes.
