In this session, you'll learn how to structure an approach to API strategy using the API Business Model Canvas. The API Model Canvas is a new open source methodology based on Osterwalder's Business Model Canvas that considers the viewpoints of different stakeholders. In addition, we'll look at several real-world examples, including Oxford University Press and ZDF (German Television).
