Red Hat EMEA Partner Summit 2011 findet in Dublin statt

Der diesjährige Red Hat EMEA Partner Summit vom 5. bis 8. Juni ist eines der größten Channel-Events in Europa und fokussiert auf die Themen Cloud Computing und Virtualisierung.

Red Hat, der weltweit führende Anbieter von Open-Source-Lösungen, lädt vom 5. bis 8. Juni zum diesjährigen EMEA Partner Summit nach Dublin ein. Im dortigen Convention Centre haben die Partner Gelegenheit, alles über die neuesten Entwicklungen bei Open Source Cloud Computing, Linux, Virtualisierung, Middleware und Managementtechnologien zu erfahren.

Der Red Hat EMEA Partner Summit zählt für Distributoren, Systemintegratoren, JBoss-Partner, ISVs, OEMs, Reseller und Trainingsanbieter von Red Hat zu den wichtigsten Veranstaltungen. Die Partner von Red Hat haben die Konferenz in den letzen Jahren immer als wichtige Gelegenheit genutzt, um technische Tipps und Tricks zu den einzelnen Produkten zu erhalten, Erfahrungen auszutauschen und neue Geschäftskontakte zu knüpfen.

Schwerpunkte der diesjährigen Veranstaltung sind Cloud Computing und Virtualisierung. In Keynotes, Workshops und Diskussionsrunden zum Produktfahrplan wird Red Hat den europäischen Partnern seine Cloud-Strategie erläutern. Die Integration von Betriebssystem, Virtualisierungstechnologie und Middleware bietet Partnern vielfältige Betätigungsfelder zum Einsatz von Cloud Computing als Infrastructure-as-a-Service und Platform-as-a-Service.

Auf der EMEA-Partnerveranstaltung werden Jim Whitehurst, President und CEO von Red Hat, sowie Paul Cormier, Executive Vice President und President Products und Technologies bei Red Hat, sprechen. Jim Whitehurst wird die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens präsentieren und die Möglichkeiten, die sich daraus  für Partner ergeben. Paul Cormier befasst sich mit der Technology Roadmap von Red Hat, speziell im Bereich Cloud Computing.
