Red Hat Enterprise Agreements

The purchase and use of Red Hat products and services are governed by the Enterprise Agreement, including the applicable Product Appendix. If you or the company you represent executed a custom master agreement or other equivalent that is currently in effect with Red Hat that master agreement will apply.

Third-party Marketplace purchases

If you purchase Red Hat products and services through a third-party marketplace (for example AWS or Azure Marketplaces): (1) the transaction will be between you and Red Hat, Inc. and (2) the US version of the Enterprise Agreement below will apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
