Red Hat Training and Certification is proud to announce the Red Hat Certified Professional of the Year for 2016, Felipe Ceballos.

645-RH-Summit-Lightboxes-Award-RHCP-FINAL-01-UPDATED Felipe Ceballos is a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) with certifications in virtualization, clustering, OpenStack, and Satellite, and is in the process of becoming a Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA). He has worked with Linux technology for 12 years and is currently the technology leader at SEAQ Servicios, a leading company focused on deploying open source solutions in Colombia and throughout Latin America.

Randy Russell

Director of Certification, Red Hat

Randy Russell is the director of Certification and leads the team that develops and delivers Red Hat's certification programs and exams. A long-time proponent of performance-based testing, he has served on the board and as president and chairman of the Performance Testing Council, as well as having presented on this subject and others at industry conferences such as the Association of Test Publishers, the European Association of Test Publishers, CeDMA and TSIA. Prior to joining Red Hat, Russell was a system administrator and programmer at an environmental economics consulting firm.
