Our Culture

Red Hat has been operating as an open organisation since our founding in 1993. Collaboration and openness drive everything we do: how we work together, what we build, and the value we provide our customers and the world.

Any organisation can commit to being an open organisation. Making this transformation simply means embracing principles that reflect open source values at the leadership level and creating an environment where they can be put into practice throughout the workplace.

How open source can help cities become smarter and more sustainable?

In our rapidly evolving technology landscape, organisations are realising that the ability to innovate and adapt is crucial to survival and competitiveness. And forward-thinking leaders are wondering how they can build creative, responsive teams without dictating their every action or planning for every contingency.

Red Hat Services offers a collaborative approach to improving strategic efficiency. By leveraging our expertise, embracing open source technologies, and building a culture of innovation, organisations can unlock tremendous value and propel their business forward.

DevOps Culture and Practice Enablement

DevOps Culture & Practice combines the best tools from many leading frameworks to blend continuous discovery and continuous delivery with cultural and technical practices into a unique, highly-engaging experience simulating real-world scenarios and applications.

Cedomir Novakovic

Through the DevOps Culture and Practice Enablement, we brought together the IT, product management, and business teams in a single room and helped them understand how their collaboration and teamwork influence the evolution of an idea. The aim is to make them all feel accountable for continuous improvements to our product, which will help us speed up product development.

By releasing minimum viable products (MVPs) to the market and making incremental improvements, we can drive business growth and impact our market position. This shift in pace will be noticeable, especially to competitors.
