Optimizing the Cloud through Co-innovation with Ecosystem Partners

Paul helps customers focus on delivering better software, faster through the adoption of Red Hat’s Cloud Services application platforms. He is responsible for the go to market strategy, product-market fit and joint sales execution between Red Hat and our greater partner ecosystem across the Asia Pacific region.

Paul has over 19 years in the technology industry with the last 11 years working in regional business development positions focusing on the enterprise market with HP, HPE and then Micro Focus and now Red Hat. His experience spans numerous customer facing roles covering all aspects of the application lifecycle - from quality assurance, to lifecycle management through to implementing Agile and DevOps capabilities.

Prasad works with partners such as Red Hat to help AWS customers with their cloud journey using a range of Red Hat cloud offerings coupled with AWS service offerings. He is responsible for driving initiatives in the region and delivering the go-to-market strategy, and enabling the partner network across the Asia Pacific region.

Prasad has been in software technology for around 25+ years in different roles in channel sales, technology adoption, and helping Independent Software Vendors go to market. Before AWS, he worked in IBM Australia and Ingram Micro Australia in customer/partner-facing roles.

Michelle Lyness is Global ISV Development Lead – APJ managing Dynatrace, F5 NGINIX, Nutanix & Intel – “Partners are our future”.

With over 2 decades in IT, Michelle has been a direct hardware and software seller along with leading various partners: ISVs, OEMs, GSIs and Distributors to success. Michelle’s current focus is growing Red Hat’s business with Global Strategic Partners like F5 NGINIX & Dynatrace that deliver solutions alongside and on top of Red Hat’s software products. Michelle also works to identify new partners with the potential to take Red Hat into new areas of growth like AI/ML, Cloud and the Edge. Michelle’s experience working with small partners at the beginning of their journey right through to global partners across APAC improves Red Hat chances of maximising its reach and growth potential.

Alex Lim inaugurate the partner team for Dynatrace APJC region. In his role, he is responsible in driving all the various partner business from GSIs to Service Provider and the technology alliance eco-system.

Based in Singapore, Alex joined Dynatrace in 2019 with more than 20 years in the IT software industry. His experience includes leading the sales team in various leading US-listed software vendors and start-ups like Check Point, and RSA Security Watchfire (Acquired by IBM). Before joining Dynatrace, he held various senior management roles in Forcepoint, a leading cyber-security company.

Laurent is the Director of Solution Engineering for NGINX in APCJ, an F5 business unit. Originally from France and currently based in Singapore, Laurent and his team of solution engineers support customers and partners in deploying Application Services and application security to ease their digital transformation and improve the adoption of modern applications.

Laurent has been with F5 for 16 years, where he has been responsible for different business areas before joining the NGINX BU, starting as an SE Manager in France, then moving as a Partner SE Manager in APCJ. Before joining F5, Laurent helps technical roles at Check Point and Dimension Data.

Pavan Sethi leads Accenture’s Technology Services sales in Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa (AAPAC). He is additionally responsible for the Accenture-AWS Business Group for AAPAC. He is also the I&D executive sponsor for the AAPAC Technology organisation.

Before moving to Singapore in Sep 2014, Pavan was managing director with Accenture UK, where, as a part of the European leadership team, he led several portfolio and strategic client engagements.

Throughout Pavan’s 25-year career in technology and consulting, he has lived and worked in many global markets across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He has deep experience and unique perspectives in leading large, complex programmes with significant transformation, organisational and technological change. He is passionate about inclusion, people development, and leadership and is regarded as an inspirational leader, having built, developed, and led great teams globally.

Louise is Red Hat’s Director for GSI Alliances in APAC. She is a senior leader with 17+years’ experience in technology presales, project management, implementation, and strategic alliances, having worked with large data, information, solution, and service providers, across the APJ/ANZ region, with global responsibility.

Louise is adept at achieving success through driving transformational growth and innovation with senior internal and external stakeholders. She is a collaborative people leader with a focus on empowerment, enablement, and inclusion, creating high-performance teams, and embedding a culture of integrity, high standards, and commitment.
