Arvind Swami

Arvind Swami has been part of the FSI community, in various regional and global roles, for the past 22 years. He has worked for strategic platform vendors like Temenos, Oracle Financial Services and SAP, where he was involved in large transformational programs globally.
Through multiple customer engagements, Arvind has seen that the financial institutions who have embraced Open Architecture and driven innovation through Open Source have been able to offer a better customer engagement and experience. In his current role Arvind leads the FSI vertical for Red Hat in APAC region, working with Financial Institutions, on helping them become more agile and respond to dynamic business needs, leveraging open source technologies.
Vincent Caldeira
Chief Technology Officer, APAC at Red Hat
Vincent Caldeira is Chief Technology Officer, APAC at Red Hat. In this role, he is primarily responsible for engaging and building partnerships with strategic customers to explain Red Hat’s vision and establish and reinforce Red Hat as an industry leader while establishing trusted relationships with customer's technology leaders and advocating for relevant emerging technologies. Vincent has spent more than 20 years of his career in the financial technology sector, both as a Chief Technology Officer shaping technology strategy, enterprise architecture and driving technology transformation roadmaps, as well as driving talented engineering teams to design, build and deliver software solutions in the financial software vendor industry. Vincent also contributes to OS-Climate, a Linux Foundation-backed open-source project that intends to build the breakthrough technology and data platforms needed to more fully integrate the impacts of climate change in global financial decision-making and risk management, where he acts as the lead architect and Technical Advisory Council Chair.
Imrish Singh
Business Development Director for ISV Ecosystem, Financial Services, Red Hat Asia Pacific
Imrish focuses on FSI ISVs and brings in the field collaboration to drive the adoption of Red Hat’s emerging products portfolio. He has been working in APJ for over 20 years and leverages his experience of managing large accounts and selling complex solutions to bring in collaboration with Red Hat’s FSI Ecosystem Partners.. His areas of focus are payments, core modernization, and customer experience.

Arun Kini is the APAC Managing Director of Finastra’s Payments business, where he leads the development and execution of the firm’s broad suite of integrated payment solutions to help banks modernize and future-proof their payments infrastructure. Arun brings with him over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services and Software Industry, with strong domain expertise in transaction banking, payments and revenue management. With a strong track record across various roles in product, pre-sales and sales across the Asia Pacific region, Arun has played pivotal roles in the uptake of payment and cash management products by global brands and clients. Before returning to Finastra in 2022 as Regional Sales Director, Payments, APAC, Arun was with SunTec Business Solutions leading the Client Facing Group for Asia Pacific.

Andy is the EMEA Head of Partner Solutions Architecture and Data Mesh Lead at Starburst. Andy is supporting the rapid growth of Starburst partners across EMEA and AP, working with the likes of CapGemini, AWS, Google Cloud, Red Hat, and Dell. With over 20 years in analytics and data-focused roles, Andy’s specific focus is considering how an organisation’s use of analytics, analytical culture and analytical processes can be optimised through technologies such as self-service data tools, cloud, and streaming analytics.
