Prior to Red Hat, Mark spent nearly a decade at a global investment bank as an executive director in technology leadership roles across equities, derivatives and fixed income.

Dr. Richard Harmon
Vice President, Global Head of Financial Services, Red Hat
Dr. Richard Harmon is the Global Head of Financial Services at Red Hat. He joined Red Hat in December, 2020 and has more than 25 years of experience in capital markets with specializations in risk management, advance analytics, fixed-income research and simulation analysis. Prior to Red Hat, Dr. Harmon was Managing Director of Financial Services at Cloudera for 5 years and has held senior positions at Citibank, Bankers Trust, JP Morgan, BlackRock, Bank of America/Countrywide Capital Markets, First American CoreLogic, and at SAP.
Jim Bennett
Capital Markets Business Lead and Financial Services Global Support, Red Hat
Jim Bennett leads the capital markets business at Red Hat. Prior to this Jim served as the global head of business development for Sapient Global Markets, a provider of a range of services to the financial service market participants. He began his career as an officer for Texas Commerce Bank, which would eventually become JP Morgan Chase & Co. He served as executive vice president of Countrywide Capital Group, primarily focusing on its rates business, alternative investment company and expanding its international offices. Jim also worked in various management and executive roles at Bank of America such as CFO, COO, and Global Head of Middle Office.
Aric Rosenbaum
Chief Technologist, Red Hat
Aric Rosenbaum serves as the Chief Technologist on Red Hat's Global FSI team, where he helps clients meet their strategic priorities through the use of open source technology. Prior to joining Red Hat, he led large, digital transformation projects at Goldman Sachs’ Investment Management Division and was co-founder and CTO of several fintech companies in the areas of equity and FX trading.
