Northeast Georgia Health System improves uptime for Epic EHR

Epic is the system of choice for electronic health records the world over, but it’s complex and time-consuming to manage. Northeast Georgia Health System adopted Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to speed up maintenance and patching, which reduces the risk of unplanned outages seriously disrupting patient care. Now, it has a more stable, consistent IT estate and the IT team is under less pressure.
