Product Security Lead Architect, Product Security Leadership Team (Global), Red Hat

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Garth has dedicated more than a decade to Red Hat, where as part of the Product Security leadership team he plays a pivotal role in defining the companies product security strategy and capabilities. 

Garth is the author of Red Hat’s security guiding principles and is responsible for delivering the companies annual Product Security Risk Report.  

Wilson Toh

Sales Specialist, ANZ, CISSP, Red Hat

Wilson Toh is Sales Specialist in Red Hat’s ANZ Telco Centre of Excellence. He has special interest in the Security area and focuses on the telco segment, product management of automation, cloud native and container virtualization and the multi-cloud including their processes and culture.


Wilson is very passionate about security from the next generation of edge and decentralized cloud computing models to the core.  He goes beyond the Telco segment to collaborate and work with the management frameworks for edge and core computing.

Prior to Red Hat, Wilson was instrumental in the design of a secure, high-performance cloud architecture that the nation public sector, telcos and banking transformation provided fibre, networks, compute and applications.  His past experience in this area has accelerated Red Hat’s cloud native and automation platform adoption, efficient with security awareness and feature positioning.

Wilson holds MSc Telecommunications and Information Systems from University of Essex, UK and ISC2 CISSP

Emmy Eide

Director, Product Security Resilient Development, Product Security Leadership Team (Global), Red Hat

Emmy Eide is a results-driven leader, embedding secure development practices into software and services. As the director of resilient development within product security at Red Hat, she leads strategic initiatives that reduce risk for customers and empower engineering teams to build securely with confidence.

With a collaborative approach and a focus on practical solutions, Emmy has been instrumental in refining how security feedback is integrated into the development process, ensuring seamless, effective outcomes.

When she isn’t working on advancing proactive development security, Emmy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and outdoor sports.

Pete Allor

Senior Director, PSIRT, Product Security Leadership Team (Global), Red Hat

Pete Allor is a Senior Director for Red Hat Product Security and leads Red Hat's PSIRT. His work is focused on vulnerability management and incident response across the full Red Hat portfolio. He is active in various industry security forums for incident response reporting and secure development, such as NIST and CISA industry calls for input as well as FIRST (first.org), CVE and ISO / ITU / OASIS standards on security.

He is a former Board of Directors Member of FIRST, the Information Technology ISAC and a member of the Executive Board for the IT Sector Coordinating Council. Allor previously worked for Internet Security Systems, IBM and Honeywell. He is a retired US Army Officer
