Course Outline 

This is a 3-day, full-time, on-site enablement designed to create an immersive experience for your team. By dedicating this focused time together, participants dive deep into real-world applications of DevOps, and will learn by doing so in a highly interactive environment.

Workshop Structure:

Participants will be divided into working groups and introduced to a case study of a company facing various challenges. From that moment on, they will need to act as if they are part of the company and address the challenges presented.

Throughout the three days, they will discover how various practices help them evolve the fictional company. The goal is to take it to  the next level by building a high-performance team, using continuous discovery and continuous delivery as key drivers to achieving business goals.

• Immersive experience: This workshop emphasizes practical learning. Your team will be engaged in hands-on exercises, discussions, and simulations that replicate real-world scenarios, ensuring that concepts are understood and can be applied immediately.
