Q: Which products are included in this promotion?
A: (i) Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Premium (100 Managed Nodes, One and Three Year, Promotional Subscription); (ii) Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Standard (100 Managed Nodes, One and Three Year, Promotional Subscription).
Q: How much am I saving?
A: Eligible end users can enjoy a discount of up to approximately 33%.
Q: Is there a minimum subscription period?
A: Yes, you must purchase a one (1) or three (3)-year subscription term of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, where payment must be made upfront and in full for the whole subscription period. Anyone who wishes to pay in installments will not be able to participate in this promotion.
Q: What is the maximum order value I can buy?
A: There is no maximum order value for the subscription term of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
Q: By when should I activate the subscriptions?
A: The subscription activation date of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform can be no later than 31 December 2024.
Q: How long is this promotion valid for?
A: This promotion is valid until 31 December 2024. All orders must be booked by Red Hat by 31 December 2024 for end customers to enjoy this promotion.
Q: I have existing Ansible Automation Platform subscriptions which are about to expire. Can I enjoy the promotion when I renew my existing Ansible Automation Platform subscriptions?
A: This promotion only applies to new purchases of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. This promotion does not apply to renewals of existing Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform subscriptions.
Q: If I enjoy other Ansible Automation Platform end customer discounts from Red Hat, can I combine the discounts together with this promotion?
A: Unfortunately not. This is a stand-alone promotion and no additional Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform subscriptions end customer discounts will be provided on top of or together with this promotion.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of purchases that I can make?
A: Yes, this promotion is for a “one-time purchase” only per end user. No additional purchases of these promotional SKUs are allowed.
Q: Can I combine other products or services from Red Hat together with this promotion?
A: While you can purchase other Red Hat products at the same time, customers are only allowed to purchase these promotional SKUs one time. The discount will not apply to any other products, services or add-ons.
Q: What terms will govern my purchase of the relevant Red Hat products under this promotion?
A: End users who purchase Red Hat Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform subscriptions pursuant to this promotion, will be subject to the Red Hat enterprise agreement and the relevant product appendices, available at: https://www.redhat.com/en/about/agreements
