The Customer Success team is responsible for ensuring high renewal rates by monitoring customer health metrics and proactively engaging at-risk accounts. This demo will show how Agentic AI can autonomously identify at-risk renewals by integrating with a CRM environment, gathering background information using RAG, and then contacting assigned account managers via Slack with tailored action plans.
