Enhancing CMS software supply chain security with Red Hat tools

Per an executive order requirement, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is working to enhance software supply chain security. By using Red Hat® Trusted Application Pipeline tools throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), CMS can build trust in its software by:

  • Preventing and identifying malicious code, catching vulnerabilities early in the software supply chain.
  • Managing risk during the build process. Monitoring applications continuously at runtime.
  • Prioritizing early vulnerability identification within the SDLC process speeds innovation and decreases the need for revisions.
