Red Hat Asia Pacific, (NASDAQ:RHAT), the leader in open source Internet infrastructure solutions, today announced the launch of a Korean-localized version of Red Hat Linux 6.2. Red Hat will sell its software products through strategic alliances that have been formed with Korean-based Linux One and Linux Korea.
Red Hat Linux 6.2 extends Red Hat's commitment to customer service and the strength of open source development by incorporating easy installation, software update information and access, and system management capabilities.

The Red Hat Linux 6.2 standard package includes two operating CD's, 90 days of web-based installation support and 30 days of priority on-line access. Red Hat Linux 6.2 consists of digital fonts provided by Yoon Design Institute.
Pricing and availability
Red Hat Linux 6.2 suggested retail price is $US35 and will be distributed by Red Hat's partners Linux One and Linux Korea.
Red Hat Training expands into Korea
The internationally recognized Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) program will be available in Korea. The Red Hat training programs will equip successful participants with critical Linux skills, from basic installation and maintenance to advanced administration.
