We are excited to accompany you and our customers and partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa who are making their way to our Red Hat Summit and AnsibleFest in Boston, Massachusetts. We have a packed agenda in store for you and hope you’ll be able to make the most out of the event with many learning and networking opportunities.
My team and I have curated a few of these opportunities outside the core agenda of Summit which we are hoping you’ll enjoy. We look forward to meeting you at the many keynotes, sessions, labs, the booths at the expo hall, some of our meetups and parties, for a coffee at breakfast, or at one of our tours in Boston.

Expo networking reception
Enter an ecosystem of networking and innovation at the Red Hat Summit Expo networking reception. This year’s reception will feature industry-specific meet-ups, opportunities to visit and network with Red Hat sponsors, giveaways, and chances to win prizes.
This is a great way to connect with other attendees, learn about new offerings, and enjoy light appetizers and drinks.

EMEA Closing party at Lansdowne Street
Celebrate the conclusion of Red Hat Summit and AnsibleFest on Boston’s historic Lansdowne Street. Before you go, stop by Red Hat Summit Lansdowne helpdesk in the lobby to pick up your specific EMEA reception credential. Round trip transportation to and from the receptions will be provided for all attendees. The following details are also available in the mobile app.
Shuttles will run between the Boston Convention Center and the Lansdowne drop-off point every 30 minutes, beginning at 5:15 PM. The last shuttle will depart from the Lansdowne drop-off point at 10:30 PM.

- How to join in: You have been auto enrolled to attend - please ensure it is listed on your agenda
Pick-up: BCEC - Lower East Lobby, Level 0
Drop-off: Boylston Street (adjacent to Fenway Park and Lansdowne Street). Staff at the drop-off point will guide you to your specific reception location.
Return shuttles: There are 2 routes for return shuttles. Route A will service the BCEC (Seaport hotels) and route B will service downtown hotels. Specific details about the shuttle routes and schedules are available in the transportation info section of the mobile app.
You must have your event badge to board the shuttle.

Discover Boston together
Boston has a lot to offer outside of the Convention Center. Explore the city and its surroundings. We have provided some ideas below of attractions available in the city. You will need to book directly with vendor.
Duck tour Boston
Climb aboard one of Boston’s iconic amphibious vehicles for an engaging 80-minute journey through the city’s historic streets and scenic waterfront. Led by an experienced ConDUCKtor, the tour highlights key landmarks and local stories before making a splash into the Charles River—offering a unique view of Boston and Cambridge from the water. This is a memorable way to connect, unwind, and take in the sights of the city.
Fenway Park - Red Sox Tour
1 hour Historical Tour:
Go behind the scenes at one of baseball’s most legendary stadiums. This one-hour guided tour takes you through different seating areas, historic plaques, and displays as you learn about over 112 years of Red Sox and Fenway Park history.
1 hour Pregame VIP tour:
This one-hour tour is more about the experience of being in the park than it is about the history. Weather permitting, you’ll visit the warning track behind home plate, the Green Monster seats, and the Red Sox Hall of Fame. You’ll also get a chance to see pregame activities like warm-ups or media prep. On non-game days, interactive options like "Try Out – Hit the Ball" may be available.
Boston Bike Tour
This guided 2.5-hour group bike tour will take you through some of Boston’s most iconic neighborhoods and scenic routes. This experience offers a fun and active way to take in the city’s sights, with the option to ride a standard bike or upgrade to an e-bike.
The tour begins and ends in Boston’s North End—just a short distance from downtown. With roughly one local guide for every 10–12 riders, you’ll enjoy a relaxed pace and plenty of local insight along the way.
