Simplifying NaaS for easier enterprise consumption
Most telcos start their network-as-a-service journey with the technology–but get stuck once they have redeveloped their service architecture. This is a symptom of siloed technology, product and enterprise teams. Telcos must develop new routes to market and create a new blueprint for their commercial relationships with customers. To access net new NaaS revenues, telcos must embrace all three pillars of the platform model: technological service, revenue and ecosystem architectures.
