Rahul Vallathai Sreenivasan has had a distinguished career in the fields of automation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, with a focus on pre-sales, product management, and strategic consulting. Currently, he is an Automation Solution Specialist at Red Hat India, where he looks at the amalgamation of automation technology with business strategy for customers of the region. He specializes in developing enterprise automation strategies for customers to deliver value out of the automation platform and practices.
Before Red Hat, Rahul was the Director of Solutions at SmartHub.AI, where he signed and delivered significant AI/ML and IoT deals, contributing to the company's growth and technical advancements. Before this, he worked for VMware as a Senior Technology Consultant, where he was instrumental in developing the Edge and IoT business unit and securing key IoT and digital transformation projects across various regions, including APAC and EMEA.
Earlier in his career, Rahul held roles at IBM India and Tata Consultancy Services, where he specialized in server consolidation and IT infrastructure management, contributing to major cost savings and efficiency improvements for global clients. His expertise spans automation and observability, virtualization, cloud solutions, IoT, AI/ML, product marketing, and technology consulting.
