Volkan is StarHub's Chief Technology Officer, and he ensures the maintenance of a strong and efficient network that supports diverse business operations. Additionally, he drives network transformation initiatives to accelerate the company's growth.

 With over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering transformative products, services and networks, Volkan previously served as Head of Cloud Access Networks at Rakuten (USA), where he played a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge technologies. His career spans senior leadership roles, including Senior Director, Manager and Consultant positions at Tier-1 service providers, satellite communications companies and Fortune 100 enterprises in the US.

 Volkan holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, a Master of Science (with honours) from Boğaziçi University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (with First Class Honours) from Istanbul Technical University.

Ayush Batra is the General Manager, Technical Sales APJ, within Intel’s Sales and Marketing Group. In this role he leads a dynamic and inclusive team of presales architects and technology specialists who help businesses adopt modern data centric solutions. A key focus of his organization is to accelerate digital transformation by scaling the broad adoption of strategic technology capabilities like Generative AI, Data Governance, Intelligent Automation, Zero Trust Security, Hybrid Cloud, and Sustainable Computing.

Sadayuki Abeta is global head of open RAN solutions and OREX evangelist in NTT DOCOMO for creating open RAN ecosystem globally, and shaping them to meet customer and service provider needs.

He has been working for research, standardization and development of the UMTS/W-CDMA, HPSA, LTE, LTE-Advanced and 5G. From 2005 to 2009, he was a vice chairman of 3GPP TSG-RAN WG1 and rapporteur of LTE and LTE-Advanced. He is an O-RAN executive committee member. From 2018-2022, he was a General Manager of the Radio Access Network Development Department, which is responsible for development of LTE, 5G, X-haul and satellite communications.

Michael Tadault is Chief Technologist Telco, APAC at Red Hat. He helps telco service providers become more agile, innovative and efficient by adopting cloud native technologies like DevSecOps, containers, virtualization and the open hybrid cloud, infused with intelligence from AI/ML, as well as changing their processes and culture to make the best use of these technologies.
 

Sarun is the Cisco ASEAN Solution Engineer, Cloud and AI Infrastructure. He is an Engineer with 19+ years of experience building Telco/IT Solutions to meet customer requirements and exceed expectations. In his first 7 years working in the Service Provider industry, he designed implemented and operated 1M+ user system , 2000+ VM, and 100+ TB of data. Sarun transitioned to pre-sales as a Technical Sale Engineer in 2014, selling Cloud Solutions, Big Data, SDN, Telco-DC, and AI Solutions.

Neelesh Maglani is CTO, Telco for Southeast Asia at HPE. More than 20+ years of experience being thought leader on Telco Digital Transformation, leading 5G Telco Cloud initiatives from Core to Edge, associated solutions on AI, IoT and Software Defined Networking

Hwee Ming Ng is a Application Platform Sales Specialist at Red Hat, based in Singapore, supporting the Southeast Asia and Korea (SEAK) as part of Telco Centre of Excellence. She assists service providers in adopting emerging technologies such as AI and network transformation/cloudification to manage the increasing complexity, risks, and costs of the technology landscape. 
 

Dr. Suphachet Phermphoonwatanasuk is Head of IT Service Quality Management Unit. He is IT Service Quality Management to drive and implement the IT Operation Platform including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operation Management (ITOM), Automation, AIOps and IT Asset Management (ITAM) to support the future business model of the organization and to build new capability of IT Operation Observability Platform with AI and Automation, processes, information and information technology assets, staff competency development in new capabilities  ensuring that customer will get excellent IT Service Quality e.g. near Zero Downtime, better customer experience with optimum solutions.

 In 2019-2023, he was Head of IT & Service Infrastructure Planning and Development of IT & Service Infrastructure Planning and Development Unit. He is ICT Strategist and Enterprise Architect to drive the development of the ICT strategic road map to support the future business model of the organization and to build a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, ensuring that the business and ICT are in alignment.

 Dr. Suphachet Phermphoonwatanasuk received the B.Eng., the M.Eng, and the Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand in 1994, 1996, and 2001, respectively. His main interests are reflector antenna analysis and high frequency diffraction theory.

With 29+ years of extensive experience in telecom industry, he specializes in cloud network solutions and wireless core technologies,guiding operators in transforming their network architectures to future-ready, innovative, and efficient communications networks
