Vajira is the Vice President of Red Hat APAC Office of Technology, overseeing the driving of the Technical Sales strategy for Red Hat Portfolio across the APAC region. Vajira brings over 30 years of industry experience having worked across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Prem Pavan is a seasoned business leader in the technology industry, having led and grown businesses across Asian markets for over 23 years. At Red Hat, Prem is responsible for the overall business management of Southeast Asia and Korea region.

He was previously Vice President at LivePerson (a Customer Experience AI Company), responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, growth and operations across Asia. Prem was also a VP & MD at Citrix, delivering profitable growth, productivity, market expansion and customer, partner & employee satisfaction. He also held previous roles as Head of business at Kofax and Software AG with a focus on Asia and Southeast Asia, respectively.

Prem is especially passionate about evangelizing new trends in Human Centric AI, Future of Work, Digital Transformation and Leadership. He is a frequently invited speaker for a variety of industry and technology forums.

Prem has made Singapore his home since 2004. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA in Information Management.

Albert Chai is general manager for Southeast Asia excluding Singapore at Red Hat, with responsibility for the region’s overall business. Albert is passionate about supporting customers’ digital transformation journeys and collaborating with partners to unleash the full potential of open source innovation.

Albert Chai brings 25 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his current role at Red Hat, he served as the Managing Director for Cisco Malaysia. He also held previous management roles at Acision Malaysia, a global leader in messaging and mobile internet solutions, and as the country director of Logica Indonesia.

Albert was a recipient of the Malaysian Government’s civil service scholarship, and graduated from University College London with first-class honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Albert is fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Vony leads the team at Red Hat Indonesia and is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, encouraging sales and strengthening partnerships in one of Red Hat’s fastest-growing emerging markets.

Vony brings over 15 years of experience working in the technology industry across consumer, commercial and enterprise market segments with its related hardware, software and services. She has experience across IT organizations and has worked with clients from multiple industries. She is skilled in leadership, business, technology, people management and channel management with a proven track record of gaining market share with strong adherence and understanding of ethical business practices and corporate governance.

Vony is driven by a mission to contribute towards accelerating Indonesia’s digital economy in a sustainable way. She is a passionate leader who focuses on creating an inclusive environment by promoting diversity and inclusion that will inspire innovation.

Before Red Hat, she also held leadership positions at Microsoft, Lenovo, IBM, and HP, where she received multiple commendations for strong sales performance and her contribution for team successes.

Nizar Fuadi is dedicated to solving complex problems by developing innovative solutions that meet stakeholders' needs and drive substantial business value. With 19 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he possesses a strong technical and managerial background, enabling him to effectively lead teams and manage projects to successful outcomes.

Lahir di Karanganyar pada tanggal 17 Januari 1978. Menyelesaikan studi Sarjana Teknik Elektro di Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta pada tahun 2002. Melanjutkan dan menyelesaikan studi Master of Roehampton University pada tahun 2008.

Melaksanakan tugas pertamanya di Kementerian Keuangan sebagai Penata Muda pada tahun 2003 dan dilantik sebagai Kepala Subdirektorat Pengendalian Keamanan Informasi, Manajemen Layanan, dan Evaluasi, Direktorat Informasi Kepabeanan dan Cukai pada 19 Februari 2024. 

Mendapatkan Piagam pertamanya yaitu Piagam Penghargaan Kategori Pengabdian Kerja Baik tahun 2013 dari Direktur Informasi Kepabeanan dan Cukai, Piagam SLKS X Tahun 2014 dari Presiden RI, Piagam Certificate of Merit Tahun 2015 dari World Customs Organization, Piagam Penghargaan Prestasi Kategori Luar Biasa Baik di Lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Tahun 2020 dari Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai, dan Piagam Satyalancana Karya Satya XX Tahun 2023 dari Presiden RI.

Victor Korompis is the Senior Executive Vice President of Information Technology from Bank Negara Indonesia. He has over 27 years experience in Banking with the focus in IT and Digital Banking.

Alfa Manaf is Solutions Architect in Red Hat’s technology team. He helps telco service providers become more agile, innovative and efficient by adopting technologies like cloud native development, containers, virtualization and the open hybrid cloud, as well as changing their processes and culture to make the best use of these technologies.

He has over 10 years of valuable experience in the telecommunications industry, especially in Core Network and BSS areas and now helping service providers to move further with Application Modernization, Telco Cloud and Hybrid Multi Cloud journey.

He holds Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with cum laude in Computer Engineering from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Science (MSc) with first-class honours in Telecommunications from University College London. 

Ameeta is Senior Director for Solution Architecture & Adoption for Red Hat Asia Pacific and is responsible for providing Technical leadership and direction to a team of Solution and Customer Success Architects and Executives that are engaged with clients to bring the power of Open Source technologies to Enterprises . Ameeta has spent several years in the industry in client facing roles where she has helped clients architect, design, build and troubleshoot software systems.

Arief is a AWS Solutions Architect with 13+ years of experience architecting scalable solutions. Recognized for maximizing business value through strategic cloud migrations, development automation, and cost optimization. He has a track record of leading full-stack cloud initiatives across industries, including architecture, engineering, migrations, and product development. Skilled at solving complex problems and streamlining workflows to deliver projects on-time. Passionate cloud technologist with proven expertise in containerization, DevOps, and machine learning platforms on AWS, Azure and GCP, he is also a Collaborative leader mentoring talent and educating stakeholders on cloud best practices.

With over 25 years of experience, Arief Mulia is a seasoned technologist passionate about building sustainable systems and business models that empower organizations to achieve their goals. He has led transformative initiatives across various industries, including telecommunications, financial services, and government sectors. Arief's expertise spans digital banking, data operations, analytics, smart cities, and enterprise solutions. A certified Google Digital Leader and IBM Consultant Expert, he has managed complex IT systems and large, cross-functional teams. Currently, Arief is focused on researching, building, and implementing Generative AI solutions.

David is a Solution Sales Specialist with more than 15 years of ICT experience, specializing in Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps and IT Service Management. He has been involved in multiple projects in various industries such as Telco, FSI, Public Sector and others. In Red Hat, David is responsible for business development through emerging solutions to help customers embark on their digital transformation journey.

Edwin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information System from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 2002, and a Post Graduate Diploma’s degree in Information System from Curtin University of Technology Western Australia as well as Magister E-Commerce, Curtin University of Technology Western Australia.He started his carrier as Management Trainee in 2004 then as Head of Production in 2005 and Plant Operation Manager in 2006 at PT Ultra Prima Abadi Wafer, Jakarta – Orang Tua Group and in 2008 as Account Manager at PT Global Innovation, Jakarta.He joined the Company in 2008 as Product Marketing Manager and was promoted to Division Manager for Software Infrastructure in 2013. He was appointed as Associate Director on 1 January 2018 and was appointed as  the Company’s Director on 1 January 2020.

Erfin is an experienced Solutions Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Solution Architecture, Software Security, Natural Language Processing with Artificial Intelligence bot, Enterprise Application Integration, Application Performance Monitoring, Big Data Analytics, Container Platform, Contact Center Specialist, multiple database platform, SOAP, Hibernate, Spring Framework, and PL/SQL. Strong engineering professional with a Master's degree focused in Information Technology from Universitas Indonesia (UI).

Fajar is a Senior Solutions Architect with more than 10 years experience in enterprise network and IT systems, Experienced working with mission critical systems on various industries (Telco, Financial services and Cloud Provider) He believed that the open source will lead to the future technology. In Red Hat, Fajar is responsible for helping customers with Enterprise Open source solutions such as Linux infrastructure, virtualization, hybrid cloud, container technologies and automation.

Ferry is an experienced Solution Architect with a background history of working in the FSI and Telco industry. He has 18 years experience in technology like Java, Database, Microservice, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Red Hat Platform. Currently handling regional role in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand as Head of Delivery which enriched his knowledge on IT evolution from different countries and expanding his business knowledge in the industry.

Moses is a AppDev Solution Architect at Red Hat. He spent most of his career as a software developer. Immersed in IT for over 9 years, he bridges the gap between technology and business through open source solutions that unlock true business value.

Newin is a Technical Consultant at Veeam Software in Indonesia since 2017. Prior to Veeam, Newin was a Solutions Architect in Techdata (previously Avnet) delivering an overall design of technology solutions in the area of server, storage, network, virtualization & data protection since 2012.

In 2017, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam were the countries covered under his focus as part of the team handling emerging markets. The businesses in each country were then be able to experience a more direct and personal engagement from Veeam where up until then everything had been pretty much handled solely by partners in each of the respective country.

Since 2018, his focus has been placed on Indonesian market as the market started to expand significantly. He has been responsible for raising the awareness among Indonesian businesses on the importance of establishing a well-designed data protection plan according to their own unique needs, requirements, and expectation.

He currently lives in Jakarta, Indonesia with his family, and while not working he likes to watch movie, partake in culinary experiences, and spend time with his family.

Okky Hendriansyah is a Senior Hybrid Specialist Solutions Architect at Red Hat with more than 10 years of experience in application development, middleware integration, platform reliability, designing and implementing high availability architecture.

His previous experiences include software development using Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails, CI/CD implementation with Jenkins and GitLab, container orchestration with Kubernetes. Okky is also quite active in various open source developers communities in Indonesia.

Rakhmad is a Specialist Solution Architect for AppDev from Red Hat Indonesia. His experience in software development ranges from being a software developer, solution architect, and engineering manager.

Rakhmad has experience of more than ten years in the software industry, developing user-centered products and highly scalable systems. He has experience in application modernization, transforming the legacy system into modern architecture using DevOps best practices.

He loves open source software because he thinks open source is powering innovation and moving technology forward.

Steven Ellis is a Principal Portfolio Architect in the Red Hat APAC Office of Technology. During his 30 years in the technology industry Steven has transitioned from development through infrastructure and operations, with a bit of devops on the side, into architecture roles. Today he helps Red Hat’s customers deliver complex business solutions thanks to the capabilities of Red Hat’s Enterprise Open Source technologies.

Wahyu is an IT enthusiast with a strong analytical thinking and mathematical background. He is currently taking a role as Account Solution Architect at Red Hat Indonesia, with his day-to-day activities involved in accelerating customer adoption of Red Hat products and best practices.

Wisa is a Senior Specialist Hybrid Cloud Solutions Architect with 10 years experience in system administrator and infrastructure engineer, Experienced working with mission critical systems on various industries (Telco, Financial services and Cloud Provider) He believed that the open source will lead to the future technology. In Red Hat, Wisa responsible helping customer with Enterprise Open source solution such as Virtualization, Cloud solution and container technologies.
