Red Hat Training Referral Program
An end customer who purchases and consumes a Red Hat Training and Certification product set forth herein (the “Eligible Products”) will be eligible to receive a promotional code for a fifteen percent (15%) discount off the local Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) on a future purchase of an Eligible Product (the “Promotional Offer”). To be eligible to receive the Promotional Offer, an end customer must: (1) purchase an Eligible Product direct from Red Hat, and provide valid payment for the purchase; and, (2) initiate consumption of the Eligible Product (“Eligible Customer”). The Promotional Offer is limited to the following Eligible Products: all individual Red Hat Learning Subscription (RHLS) SKUs (Note: Red Hat Learning Subscription (RHLS) Enterprise SKUs are not eligible for this offer.); all Red Hat open enrollment course SKUs; and, all Red Hat Individual Exam SKUs. Eligible Products are subject to availability and may change, at Red Hat’s sole discretion, and without prior notice. Red Hat reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotional Offer at any time without notice. A promotional code issued under this Promotional Offer is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue (the “Period of Validity”), may be used up to a maximum of three (3) times during the Period of Validity, and may be consumed by the Eligible Customer or may be shared by Eligible Customer for use by another end customer, during the Period of Validity. This Promotional Offer may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, discounts, or coupons, except as expressly stated herein. If Eligible Customer or any party, using a promotional code issued under this Promotional Offer, violates any of this Promotional Offer’s terms, this Promotional Offer will be invalid. This Promotional Offer is void where prohibited by law. Unless otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions, all terms of the Red Hat Enterprise Agreement and Appendix 2A per (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/agreements) and the associated Red Hat Training Policies (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/red-hat-training-policies) (“the Agreements”) shall apply to the Eligible Product(s) sold in connection with this Promotional Offer. In the event of a conflict between this Promotional Offer terms and the Agreements, the conflict may be resolved at Red Hat’s discretion in favor of the terms of this Promotional Offer.
