Inside sales

Collaborate with internal and external partners to create solutions that fit customer needs.

Partner sales

Integrate Red Hat solutions into partner offerings through education and enablement, recruitment and certification, and other growth strategies.

Sales engineering

Help customers understand the full value of Red Hat technologies so they can invest in more effective, efficient solutions.


As part of the Red Hat Consulting team, you’ll play an integral role in the customer experience by helping companies adopt new technologies and modernize their IT strategies.


As a member of the Red Hat Corporate team, you’ll use your passion and talents to keep our business at the forefront of the open source movement.


Recruit, train, develop, and engage Red Hatters. Find creative ways to tell the story of what it’s like to work here.


Help drive regional and global consistency in policies, processes, and systems. Handle quality issues with business workflow, systems, and data. Support sales teams to keep customers happy.


Share stories of how open source technology is changing the world. Create strategies to connect customers with solutions they need. Build partner relationships to recognize shared opportunities.

Defend cutting-edge patent litigation. Promote open source projects. Provide legal advice on everything from contract negotiations to SEC reporting.


Evaluate the impact of new sales. Create multiyear financial plans. Support all Red Hat financial operations, from payroll and taxes to investor relations.


Design office spaces that immerse associates and visitors in the Red Hat brand. Find ways to make a growing company sustainable.
