Partner Guidelines

Partner Eligibility Requirement: In order to participate in this promotion, a partner must: 1) be a Training Reseller, a Certified Training Partner, or a Red Hat Distributor in good standing with Red Hat; and 2) be located in Red Hat’s Hat’s Asia-Pacific (“APAC”) region (“Eligible Partner”).

Partner Discount: Eligible Partner shall receive their contracted discount off the total amount of sale of the Eligible Product(s), which total amount of sale shall be the MSRP minus any discount offered to Eligible Participant under Promotional Offer.

Promotional Period: January 15, 2022 - March 31, 2022 (the “Promotional Period - Phase One”); January 15 and June 30, 2022 (the “Promotional Period - Phase Two”)

Offer: Red Hat is offering end customers the following offers (the “Promotional Offer”):

  • End customers residing in Red Hat’s APAC region who purchase enrollment(s) in a Red Hat instructor-led classroom training class or Red Hat virtual training class scheduled for delivery between April 1, 2022 and September 30, 2022, will receive a 20% discount off Red Hat’s local Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) for the purchased enrollment(s). Purchase must be made between January 15, 2022 and March 31, 2022 (the “Promotional Period - Phase One”) to be eligible for this portion of the Promotional Offer.
  • End customers residing in Red Hat’s APAC region who purchase enrollment(s) in a Red Hat instructor-led classroom training class or Red Hat virtual training class scheduled for delivery between July 1, 2022 and September 30, 2022, will receive a 20% discount off Red Hat’s local Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) for the purchased enrollment(s). Purchase must be made between January 15 and June 30, 2022 (the “Promotional Period - Phase Two”) to be eligible for this portion of the Promotional Offer.
  • End customers purchasing enrollment(s) in Red Hat instructor-led classroom training classes and Red Hat virtual training classes under Promotional Offer will also be eligible to receive a free exam retake for any Red Hat certification exam purchased on the same order with the aforementioned Red Hat instructor-led classroom training enrollments and 2 Red Hat virtual training enrollments, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

Only the following Red Hat Products are included in the Promotional Offer (“the Eligible Products”):

  • All Red Hat instructor-led classroom classes on the published Red Hat training schedule from April 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022, for any country in Red Hat’s APAC region.
  • All Red Hat virtual training classes on the published Red Hat training schedule from April 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022, for any country in Red Hat’s APAC region.
  • All Red Hat certification exams

End Customer Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible to participate in the promotion and receive the Promotional Offer the end customer must: 1) be located in Red Hat’s APAC region; 2) purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotional Period; 3) be of legal adult age in the country of residence in which they are registering and making the purchase, or must provide parental consent to participate in this promotion; 4) request the Promotional Offer from Red Hat prior to purchase; and 5) provide valid payment (“Eligible Participant ”).

Promotional Code Request: Eligible Partners must request the promotional code, for Eligible Participants who are purchasing Eligible Products, from a Red Hat Business Development Manager during the Promotional Period. Promotional codes will be valid for use for thirty (30) days from the date of issue, excepting that in no case shall a promotional code be valid beyond the end of Promotional Period - Phase Two ending on June 30, 2022.

Terms and Conditions

  • To be eligible to participate in the promotion and receive the Promotional Offer the end customer must: 1) be located in Red Hat’s APAC region; 2) purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotional Period; 3) be of legal adult age in the country of residence in which they are registering and making the purchase, or must provide parental consent to participate in this promotion; 4) request the Promotional Offer from Red Hat prior to purchase; and 5) provide valid payment (“Eligible Participant ”).
  • Purchases made prior to January 15, 2022 are excluded from Promotional Offer.
  • Eligible Participant shall receive Promotional Offer, upon request, for the purchase of an Eligible Product purchased during either Promotional Period - Phase One or Promotional Period - Phase Two.
  • Red Hat shall issue a promotional code to the Eligible Participant, upon request, for each Promotional Offer requested per the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Eligible Participant must use the code during the purchase process to receive the Promotional Offer. Each promotional code issued shall be valid for applying the Promotional Offer to one (1) Eligible Product. Each promotional code shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue, excepting that in no case shall a promotional code shall be valid beyond the end of the Promotional Period. Red Hat is under no obligation to issue replacement promotional codes for promotional codes that have expired.
  • The Eligible Product(s) must be purchased during (a) Promotional Period - Phase One for published Red Hat instructor-led classroom training classes and Red Hat virtual training classes scheduled for delivery between April 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022; or (b) purchased during Promotional Period - Phase Two for published Red Hat instructor-led classroom training classes and Red Hat virtual training classes scheduled for delivery between July 1, 2022 and September 30, 2022.
  • Red Hat certification exam(s) may be purchased at any time during Promotional Period - Phase One or Promotional Period - Phase Two, provided that the Red Hat certification exam(s) are purchased by end customer on the same order as the Red hat instructor-led classroom training and Red Hat virtual training enrollments, to be eligible for the Promotional Offer.
  • Red Hat instructor-led classroom training classes, Red Hat virtual training classes and Red Hat certification exams are subject to course, country and delivery schedule availability.
  • Eligible Participants are responsible for assessing their suitability for purchasing and participating in a Red Hat instructor-led classroom training class, Red Hat virtual training class or Red Hat certification exam..
  • Promotional Offer and Eligible Products purchased under Promotional Offer may not be resold.
  • Under Promotional Offer, Eligible Products cannot be paid for with Training Units.
  • Red Hat reserves the right to modify or cancel Promotional Offer at any time without notice.
  • Promotional Offer is non-transferrable, and no assignments or substitutions are allowed.
  • Promotional Offer may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, discounts, or coupons..
  • If an Eligible Participant violates any of Promotional Offer’s terms, Promotional Offer will be invalid.
  • Promotional Offer is void where prohibited by law.
  • Unless otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions, all terms of the Enterprise Agreement and Appendix 2A per (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/agreements) and the associated Red Hat Training Policies (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/red-hat-training-policies) (“the Agreements”) shall apply to the Eligible Product(s) sold in connection with Promotional Offer.
  • In the event of a conflict between the Promotional Offer terms and the Agreements, the conflict may be resolved at Red Hat’s discretion in favor of the terms of the Promotional Offer during the Promotional Period.
