Red Hat is offering any end customer purchasing an enrollment in a Red Hat instructor-led classroom training class or a Red Hat virtual training class on the published Red Hat training schedule for any country in Red Hat’s Asia Pacific (“APAC”) region the following offers (the “Promotional Offers”) subject to the terms and conditions herein:

  • Any end customer who purchases a single enrollment in a Red Hat instructor-led classroom training class or a Red Hat virtual training class on the published Red Hat training schedule for any country in Red Hat’s APAC region, between January 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”) will be eligible for a twenty-five percent (25%) discount off Red Hat’s local Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) on the purchase of a second enrollment in a Red Hat instructor-led classroom training class or a Red Hat virtual training class on the published Red Hat training schedule for any country in Red Hat’s APAC region, between January 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (the “Promotional Offer #1”)
  • Any end customer who purchases a single enrollment and subsequent second enrollment in a Red Hat instructor-led classroom training class or a Red Hat virtual training class on the published training schedule for any country in Red Hat’s APAC region, between January 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”), will be eligible for a forty percent (40%) discount off Red Hat’s local Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) on the purchase of a third enrollment in a Red Hat instructor-led classroom training class or a Red Hat virtual training class on the published Red Hat training schedule for any country in Red Hat’s APAC region, between January 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (the “Promotional Offer #2”)

Only the following Red Hat Products are included in the Promotional Offers (“the Eligible Products”)

  • All Red Hat instructor-led classroom training classes published on the Red Hat training schedule for any country in Red Hat’s APAC region, between January 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022.
  • All Red Hat virtual training classes published on the Red Hat training schedule for any country in Red Hat’s APAC region, between January 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022.

Terms and Conditions

  • To be eligible to participate in the promotion and receive the Promotional Offers the end customer must: 1) be located in Red Hat’s APAC region; 2) purchase and complete the required Eligible Product(s) during the Promotional Period; 3) be of legal adult age in the country of residence in which they are registering and making the purchase, or must provide parental consent to participate in this promotion; 4) request the Promotional Offer from Red Hat prior to purchase; and 5) provide valid payment (“Eligible Participant ”).
  • Purchases made prior to January 15, 2022 are excluded from this Offer.
  • To be eligible to receive the Promotional Offers, the Eligible Participant shall be required to make the following purchases: 1) to be eligible to receive Promotional Offer #1, the Eligible Participant must purchase and consume an Eligible Product during Promotional Period; 2) to be eligible to receive Promotional Offer #2, the Eligible Participant must purchase and consume a total of two (2) Eligible Products during the Promotional Period.
  • To receive the Promotional Offers the Eligible Participant must request each of the Promotional Offers in sequence (i.e. Promotional Offer #1 first and Promotional Offer #2 second) and each Promotional Offer must also be requested within 90 days of the end date of the most recent Eligible Product purchased and consumed under the terms of the Promotional Offer.
  • Red Hat shall issue a promotional code to the Eligible Participant, upon request, for each Promotional Offer requested per the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Eligible Participant must use the code during the purchase process to receive the Promotional Offer. Each promotional code issued shall be valid for applying the Promotional Offer to one (1) Eligible Product. Each promotional code shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue, excepting that in no case shall a promotional code shall be valid beyond the end of the Promotional Period. Red Hat is under no obligation to issue replacement promotional codes for promotional codes that have expired.
  • Each subsequent Eligible Product for which the Eligible Participant receives a Promotional Offer must be consumed by the same Eligible Participant who consumed the previous Eligible Product under the Promotional Offer.
  • Red Hat instructor-led classroom training classes and Red Hat virtual training classes are subject to course, country and delivery schedule availability.
  • Eligible Participants are responsible for assessing their suitability for purchasing and participating in Red Hat instructor-led classroom training classes and Red Hat virtual 3 training classes.
  • Promotional Offer and Eligible Products purchased under Promotional Offer may not be resold.
  • Under Promotional Offer, Eligible Products cannot be paid for with Training Units.
  • Red Hat reserves the right to modify or cancel Promotional Offer at any time without notice.
  • Promotional Offer is non-transferrable, and no assignments or substitutions are allowed.
  • Promotional Offer may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, discounts, or coupons..
  • If an Eligible Participant violates any of Promotional Offer’s terms, Promotional Offer will be invalid.
  • Promotional Offer is void where prohibited by law.
  • Unless otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions, all terms of the Enterprise Agreement and Appendix 2A per (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/agreements) and the associated Red Hat Training Policies (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/red-hattraining-policies) (“the Agreements”) shall apply to the Eligible Product(s) sold in connection with Promotional Offer.
  • In the event of a conflict between the Promotional Offer terms and the Agreements, the conflict may be resolved at Red Hat’s discretion in favor of the terms of the Promotional Offer during the Promotional Period.
