Red Hat Enterprise Agreements
The purchase and use of Red Hat products and services are governed by the Enterprise Agreement, including the applicable Product Appendix. If you or the company you represent executed a custom base agreement or other equivalent that is currently in effect with Red Hat that base agreement will apply.
Third-party Marketplace purchases
If you purchase Red Hat products and services through a third-party marketplace (for example, Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure Marketplace), the transaction will be between you and Red Hat, Inc. or Red Hat, Ltd. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, the Enterprise Agreement for the United States will apply for transactions with Red Hat, Inc., and the Enterprise Agreement for EMEA will apply for transactions with Red Hat Ltd.
