Global breakouts Track 1

Scale our core business

Slot 1

13:55 - 14:30  CET | Drive business results by delivering applications with Open Hybrid Cloud

Application software powers the success of almost every organization today. To deliver those applications, IT needs to give developers the flexibility to securely build, deploy, and run any applications anywhere they are needed. And these applications may need to run consistently in the datacenter, in the cloud(s), or at the edge to support the needs of the business. By adopting open hybrid cloud as a key enabler of your application development strategy, organizations can enable this developer innovation while giving IT Operations the ability to secure, manage and scale efficiently to meet business needs with a DevSecOps approach.

This session will provide an overview of our open hybrid cloud strategy, customer goals and execution challenges with delivering software applications, and how the combination of differentiated Red Hat portfolio, services, and partner ecosystem can help enable the art of software application possibilities on hybrid cloud. Finally, success stories and how to get enabled to build sales pipeline will also be shared.

Global breakouts Track 4

Strengthen our open inclusive culture

Slot 1

13:55 - 14:30  CET | Creating safe spaces to grow our business and teams

Each day we interact with other associates, customers, and partners. Most of the time, these conversations and interactions are positive experiences for everyone involved, but not always. How do we walk into every interaction, internally and externally, with a shared agreement on how we will treat each other with mutual respect for mutual success? This session will walk through how to develop and use engagement agreements with each other and our external customers and partners, so that we can create safe spaces while still growing our business. It will also discuss how we can support each other when there is an interaction that goes against our agreement.

Slot 2

14:30 - 14:55  CET | How open and inclusive teams achieve innovation and success

High performing teams have innovation at their core. Open innovation is the very thing that keeps, and will continue to keep, Red Hat on top. While technology is important, research proves that the most innovative teams are those that embrace open, inclusive environments and team dynamics. When inclusivity and diversity are combined they interact to produce amazing creativity and business results. In order to deliver against our company objectives and lead the open hybrid cloud, we must also embrace a more open, inclusive and innovative culture, and ensure our associates feel a sense of purpose and belonging, and are empowered to do their best work. In this session, you will learn specific ways you can increase inclusion, psychological safety, and openness within your teams and when engaging with others in order to drive greater innovation and success.
