When can I expect the SKO giveaway to arrive?

The majority of the parcels - for people that submitted their details before January 12th - is expected to be delivered shortly prior or during the Sales Kickoff.
Shipments to countries outside of the EU will take a little longer.

If you submitted your details on or after January 12th the keyword is: patience ;-)

(Your submission in October was required for the production of the clothing. However your submission date does not define the delivery date, unless you submitted after January 12th)

Should I submit my details for the gift if I haven’t received an invitation?

You should not submit your details unless you have received 
an invitation to do so directly. 

Can I still submit my details for the gift after 31st of October?

You may still submit your details after October 31st, however, for any submissions after October 31st we cannot guarantee your preferred size to be available.

Late submissions will be managed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

How can I be sure whether I submitted my details for the SKO give away or not?

The form will only allow you to submit once. Just check by trying to access the form.

At SKO you will hear a lot of new and exciting information, but most of it is for internal use only. Be careful not to share any product, sales or business goals, financial information, product roadmap, market share information, or similar types of information on social media. This includes screenshots and slides from the event. You can, however, share your excitement about being a Red Hatter and your enthusiasm for your teams, our company and our open culture.

Each day we interact with other associates, customers, and partners. Most of the time, these conversations and interactions are positive experiences for everyone involved, but not always. How do we walk into every interaction, internally and externally, with a shared agreement on how we will treat each other with mutual respect for mutual success? This session will walk through how to develop and use engagement agreements with each other and our external customers and partners, so that we can create safe spaces while still growing our business. It will also discuss how we can support each other when there is an interaction that goes against our agreement.

High performing teams have innovation at their core. Open innovation is the very thing that keeps, and will continue to keep, Red Hat on top. Envision Red Hat’s sales process as a virtuous cycle of repeatable sales practice activities. New enhancements are underway to modernize this system to help it function better as a whole and deliver benefits to the customer, the partner and Red Hat throughout the sales life cycle. The purpose of the session at SKO is to provide a baseline understanding of each of the sales process activities: account planning, opportunity qualification, opportunity management, pipeline management and forecast management, including a current state and future state of all functions.

Managers play a crucial role in driving adoption and business benefit from the new sales process.

The purpose of the session at SKO is to provide managers with an overview of their important role in sales process activities: account planning, opportunity qualification, opportunity management, pipeline management and forecast management, and this session will set managers up well for the training they will receive in February.
