Bradley Bennett is a Business Analyst on Red Hat's IT Operations Analytics team, where he helps bridge the gap between data insights and strategic business decisions. Bradley's path to the tech industry was fueled by a lifelong passion. After a successful five-year career in banking, he made a deliberate pivot to pursue technology, enrolling at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to build the skills for his new career. He joined Red Hat in May 2024, embracing the opportunity to apply his analytical mindset to complex operational challenges. As he approaches his graduation in December 2025, Bradley is excited to transition into his role full-time in January 2026 and continue his growth with the team. When he’s not analyzing data, Bradley enjoys playing soccer and baseball. You can also find him exploring local trails with his golden retriever, Freddie.
