Burak Borhan is Regional Director of Ecosystems for the Middle East and Africa at Red Hat, where he leads the company’s partner ecosystem strategy across the region and is a member of Red Hat’s EMEA Ecosystem Leadership Team. Over more than two decades in the global technology industry, he has held senior leadership roles at Red Hat, SAP and HP, building and scaling ecosystems, opening new markets, developing high performing teams and shaping growth strategies across the Middle East, Africa, the Mediterranean and Türkiye. His thought leadership examines the strategic role of ecosystems and open collaboration in accelerating enterprise transformation, expanding market opportunity and creating sustainable competitive advantage. Burak holds an Executive MBA from Koç University and a postgraduate diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
