My journey at Red Hat began in Jan 31, 2012. With over 17 years of professional experience, I serve as a Principal Site Reliability Engineer dedicated to the design, development, scaling, and operation of AI Application Platforms built on Red Hat technologies. My expertise encompasses OpenShift (OCP), OpenShift AI (RHOAI), and Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI (RHEL AI).
In my capacity as a Principal SRE, I am instrumental in managing core AI services at scale. I focus on driving sustainability in monitoring systems, facilitating customer self-service, and leveraging automation to eliminate operational toil. As part of the IT AI Application Platform team, I apply specialized skills in coding, large-scale distributed system design, and operations to address the unique scaling challenges inherent to Red Hat IT managed AI services.
Our global team operates across public clouds and on-premise infrastructures to develop and maintain Red Hat's next-generation AI deployment environments. We utilize the latest innovations from Red Hat and the broader industry to support custom applications and services across diverse hybrid cloud environments.
