Kim Lasseter is the Global Senior Director of Partner Engagement Experience at Red Hat. In this role, she is responsible for the complete partner experience, encompassing onboarding, program management, benefits, financial incentives, and digital engagement.
Throughout her career, Kim has cultivated significant expertise in developing and leading successful global partner programs for prominent technology firms such as Google Cloud, Dell Technologies, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems. With over two-thirds of her career dedicated to partner relationships, she is known as a collaborative connector who enjoys bringing diverse individuals together to innovate and contribute to positive global change.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston and an MBA from Baylor University. Her passion lies in creating value for both partners and customers, leading her to design programs that improve partner conversion and retention, and foster stronger partner differentiation and loyalty. Currently, Kim is an active member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Texas Advocacy Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating dating and domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in Texas.
