Thiago Toledo is a Senior Technical Account Manager and OpenShift specialist at Red Hat, where he has worked since 2018 — first as a consultant and, since 2021, as a TAM. He has supported some of Brazil's largest financial institutions in adopting and running OpenShift at scale. Before Red Hat, he spent five years in cloud and virtualization (KVM, Xen, OpenStack) at Mandic Cloud Solutions. He is an RHCA, RHCE, and Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers, and lives in São Paulo.
